2012 Registration is upon us. Below is the basic pricing, and the options for registration. You make choose to register on-line, Mail-in or in person at the main beach sign up dates.

Registration Fees
5-6 Year Old Players Registration Fee _______ $115.00
7-8 Year Old Players Registration Fee _______ $180.00
9-10 Year Old Players Registration Fee ______ $180.00
11-12 Year Old Players Registration Fee______ $195.00
An early registration discount of $15 applies to all sign up prior to January 31, 2012! The registration fee is reduced $25 for the 2nd child in each family and $55 for the 3rd. Note: there is a $10 fee for late registration. Pre-paid raffle tickets apply to each of the first two children in each family ages 7 and up.
Please complete this Registration Form, Medical Release, and Parent's Code of Conduct and mail them with a copy of your child's birth certificate (if this is his/her first year in the league) and your check before March 3rd, 2012 to: PO Box 1002 Crystal Lake, IL 60039
What do your fees include?
Uniforms, prepaid raffle tickets(except Rookie division), trophies, field maintenance, park district fees, equipment, umpire fees, insurance, Little League Charter dues and tournaments(ages 7 & up) |
